taking NCLEX in different state

can a person living in one state,ex LA.,WHERE ONLY LPNS CAN APPLY,take the NCLEX IN BORDERING STATE THAT ACCEPTS EC GRADUATES THAT ARE NOT LPNS......

Sure you can, but remember that you will not be able to endorse back to the state where you live. You will need to work in the other state.

You just need to apply to that state for licensure............that simple.
