I've just completed my first on line miniPAT, for our latest lot of house officers. I've never done them on line before. In the past they've been quickly scribbled dots on the forms as the docs are leaving.
It seems much harder to fill in the online form. Some how the questions seemed much more judgemental (and permenent). Has any one else found this?
It just seems strange filling in this assessment form today on my day off when I could be working with the doc in question tommorrow. But at least the doctors have to be a bit more organised now.
It seems harder to make negative comments, especially how my trusts page is set up! I just wondered if anyone else had noticed, or if we would begin to see a new trend of failure to fail... but this time for the medics
