Working in Australia/New Zealand

Hi there!

Me and my girlfriend are considering the chance of working in Australia, she has 4 years of experience and 2 years for me...

What do we have to do to get us over there?

Greetings from Portugal to all of you

Re: Working in Australia/New Zealand

thanks for responding to my thread and i am sorry for the confusing informations...

the correct informations are that my girlfriend works 4 years from now, in ICU and I work from 2 years from now at a Pediatric Surgery ward...

What kind of obstacles we could encounter, are there many job oportunities, which formalities are needed, the salaries that are offered over there, these are the main questions we have...

Once again thanks for responding...

With best regards,

Ruben

Re: Working in Australia/New Zealand

there are a few threads in this forum on requirements, suggest doing a search. You do need to apply to the state you want to work in as they may have different requirements from each other, so you do need to decide on which state you want to work in. Try having a good read first.

http://allnurses.com/forums/f123/ove...us-238162.html this link may give you some ideas on the process. Plenty of threads came up when I used the search facility
