Hi, all
I'm please to tell you all that i've got a post in a NICU and special care nursey. It will be a big changed as i have been working in a major cardiothoaric/transplant/truama ICU for serveral years.

i will also studying PGdip in NICU next year. Be honest, i just finished my PGdip in CritCare a year ago. Any advices for the new post and study
