I am a UK ICU nurse and would like to know if anyone can recommend a good nursing agency in Australia. I have already submitted my application for registration in NSW last February 2008 and was told that it will take about six months to be approved.
I knew that I won't be able to start working there until I'll be registered hence I'm asking if anyone has any experience with reputable nursing agencies in Australia. Would going thru an agency be any quicker (nursing board registration)? I would appreciate any reply. Many thanks.

Reason: add info
Critical Care Nursing agency are a good agency. I have a few friends who work with them full-time and i do the odd shift with them, they are pretty well organised.
Other critical care agencies in Sydney include medistaff, aseps, medicall placements, code blue um cant think of any more off the top of my head that we use so..
Hope this helps?
Jill
