Working in Assisted Living

Hi-
Just passed my NCLEX-PN and am going for my first interview tomorrow. It is at a brand new assisted living facility. Has anyone had experience working at one? What are the responsibilities of the LPN? It is exactly what I went into nursing for---treating the patient holistically, patient contact, close relationships with patients.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
