Wink what nurse recruiters looked for

Hi hoping to hear from anybody. new grads, experienced nurses, and especially any nurse recruiters about what nursing recruiters look for when new grad students are applying for an intern position in a hospital.
Ex. Do they look at grad scores, previous experience as a CNA, overall package, or just a certain vibe that they get from a one on one interview.
Just looking toward the future and what will make me the most marketable (?) for a new grad intern opportunity. I am looking to move to a different state after school and I really want to try and land a job as soon as possible. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Re: what nurse recruiters looked for

In my case, they wanted to know about me basically. What was I looking for in the nursing profession, what my top 3 choices in floors were, my experience (I think it played in my hand that I did clinicals there every single semester, so I'd been in virtually every floor there), what nursing meant to me, then they explained the details of the internship, etc. I came highly recommended. I found that it plays in your favor to make nice-nice with the nurses, directors or nursing, and even the techs, doctors there. I was doing wound care on a quadraplegic when a wound nurse came in. I made a huge impression on her and was later told that she's buddy-buddy with the hospital president and the people over in HR and that her recommendations came highly weighed.

I tried to put on my best face, smile, exude a great personality and let yourself just shine through.
