Question very anxious now

Hi everyone!

It's my first time to post here I will be taking NCLEX here in florida this coming monday and the pressure is really building up. I practiced with Lippincott book (my score ranged from 49%-78%), Saunders CD (65%-85%) and Kaplan CD(61%-68%). I didn't study at any review courses because of financial reasons . Is it possible for me to pass with the scores I got from all the practice tests that I did?

Will very much appreciate ur replies

JuliaR

Don't Worry!

Hi there! It seems like yesterday that I finished RN school and took that god awful test. I didn't study beyond what I learned in school. If you overstudy, you will hurt yourself trying to cram in bits and pieces of info. Relax!!! Test anxiety is usually the main problem. When mine cut off at 75 questions, I just knew that I had failed but I passed and you will too!!! :hatparty: It will soon be over and you will join our illustrious ranks!!!! Jennifer

Sounds like you have done what you can to prepare! I took Kaplan and they said as long as you were scoring above 65% on their questions, you will be in pretty good shape. How many questions have you done? Kaplan also says you should do 3,000 questions prior to taking NCLEX. I was scoring in the 70's on Kaplan's material and 70's-80% on Mosby before I took NCLEX. I passed the first try at 75 questions. Good luck on Monday!

You sound like you are well prepared. At this point I think I would just take the time off and let your brain realx and all of the information sink in.
Remember to have breakfast before going to your exam as well as getting a good night sleep. AND don't forget to take some time for YOU this weekend,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,you deserve it......................Good luck on your exam.
