Would anyone be willing to share some of their "success stories" with achieving a change that resulted in a positive outcome either for the patient, nurses or hospital? I feel we need to use this forum to advance our contribution to health care.

What , no success stories , great ideas, innovative approaches or projects? So far from what I've read this message board is only helpful for students but not for experienced CNSs.
