Question Masters in clinical management,scope

Hello friends,
I am planning to register for Masters program in nursing -Clinical Management.
I want to know if anyone has done it and what's the scope of practice.
How much more time I need to give for my Advance nurse practioner certificate.
Any input is apreciated.

At my school, the MSN in Clinical Systems Management teaches you to manage or direct a hospital nursing unit. It covers unit management skills, but not advanced patient care skills, so it doesn't affect the nurse's scope of clinical practice.
