I need some help please!!

Hi there. I am in the final semester of a RN-BSN completion course. My last project is a leadership project. I have to develop, implement, and evaluate a professional nursing activity. Example given are to develop a clinical critical path, an evidenced-based protocol, or booklet for patient teaching. Another suggestion was to find something that needs changed on your unit. This is my last project and am COMPLETELY out of ideas. I need some suggestions. Any help is greatly appreciated. TIA!!
