CNS for Enterostomal Therapy

Just wondering how one gets into this specialty. Is there specific schooling or experience one needs? What type of hours/pay do these nurses make?

That sounds very interesting and with the increasingly ill pts in hospitals would probably be used to make wound care more aggressive. I think I would start with this organization:
