Re: CNS in Canada

Hi there!

I know of a few.....

In Ontario there is a CNS Interest Group (CNSIG) through the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario (RNAO). You can find a link @ www.rnao.org. There is also the Canadian Association of Advanced Practice Nurses (CAAPN) which includes both CNS and NP. www.caapn.com.

Hope this helps. Are you currently practising in Canada?

Re: CNS in Canada

Thanks for such a quick response RNAnnjeh.

Both sites seem really great. Will check them out in more detail when I have the time.
I am currently working towards a CNS(just need to complete my Masters.)
I have just relocated from the UK to Alberta-lots of learning to do. Different words, drugs, regimes etc. Thought that it would be helpful to discover where CNS go for specailsist info on conferences etc.
Thank you again for the info
