I am a casual, so I work whatever I can, sometimes I end up with a whole weekend off, but so far I have worked every single holiday except New Years Day, and I said no to a shift that day.
Regular employees with rotations at my jobs work every other weekend, and one weekend is a 3 day weekend where I work 12 hours. I try to take nights where I can, because I need less sleep and can spend quality time with my family, doesn't always work out that way though.

None! I work at an outpatient chemotherapy clinic. We are not open on weekends or holidays.

Two days a week...Tuesday and Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.

I started out every other weekend. Now I am every third weekend (Sat/Sun night). We work 12 hour shifts. Day shift has set schedules and night shift has opted to self schedule. Our requirements include: your set weekends and at least 2 Fridays per 6 week schedule and your set holidays which rotates. Works for us!
