We are trialing new bowel incontinence systems in our ICU. Which brands seem to work the best. We haven't had a chance to use the samples we have yet so we haven't seen first hand how they work.

We recently changed to the Flexiseal, and I like it. The balloon and tubing are more flexible, the tubing is larger than others, and it has an irrigation port.

We use Flexi Seal and it is pretty good, easy to use and doesn't leak much. One place used Zassi and it was awful.

Flexi Seal FMS is the best.

What was awful about the Zassi? It has more features and we all thought it sounded better.
