I think letting that not rebuilding is like letting terrorists win.

I hate the idea of letting the terrorists think they won. But...any rebuilt tower is going to be a prime terrorist target. Would YOU want to work in it?

I vote for a dignified memorial. I like the idea of one like the Viet Nam Veterans Memorial listing the names of the dead and the missing.
