Do you celebrate Nurse's Day? Best/Worst gift ever received?

Every place I have ever worked has celebrated either Nurse's Day or Nurse's Week.
Best gift....a DON bought Littman Stethoscopes for all the LN's.

Best gift I've ever gotten is a blanket with the agency logo on it. Washable and feels very soft.

The best gift I ever got was when my husband had a dozen pink roses delivered to me at work with a card that said, "Happy Nurse's week to my favorite angel of mercy". I think this was probably the only time he ever sent me flowers now that i think about it, & maybe what's why it was so special. Sure meant more to me than the cheap coffee mugs we get with hospital logo on them.

We do celebrate Nurse's day at my hospital. Best gift I ever got was a gift certificate of $20 to Olive Garden .

At the long term care facility where I work we do celebrate Nurse's Week. The best gift I got was a three item gift from Bath and Body...I just love that stuff!!!
