I have been seeing a chiropractor for 2 weeks now with great relief. My pain is lower back pain that is more from being on my feet 12+ hours a day then lifting patients. I've had my back pain since my days as a waitress.

Had an injury lifting a patient and ended up with a L4-5 spinal fusion. I know some people don't have a lot of success with it but I feel 100% better. There was no other treatment option for me. All I can say is be very careful and treat your back well--I am so careful now, I just wish I would have been more careful before. Take Care
