Question Infectious agents poll

This is a survey that pertains to the use and performance of diagnostic tests in a physician's office. A new product is under development that would allow the diagnostic test to be performed by a member of the doctor's staff in the office.
The test is intended to be a CLIA waived point-of-care test (in office result)
The protocol is for the patient sample to be placed on the disposable. It is inserted into a device. The automated device processes the sample and the result is provided to the staff. This test provides equivalent results to a reference lab based test with regard to sensitivity and specificity.

Please indicate in your response what type of specialty your office is.

Thank you.
