Well ... if you're warned by healthcare professionals which, they were ... twice ... then I think prosecution is probably called for.
Apparently, they told one of the nurses that she was wrong and that she should participate in the contest. She said she didn't want to die.
At that point, IMO, they should be prosecuted.
