Re: Mess in Texas-polygamy issues.

Does anyone know why the children and mothers were separated?
And so far as the press knows the men are left alone.

No matter what their life I feel bad for the children and the mothers.

Not approving but it seems keeping children away from their mothers is not helping at all now.

I don't know how they are going to prove to the authorities they are mothers to
these kids without DNA. There is a 1700 acre compound that needs to be seized
towards payment of fees and services.
I watched some of the interviews a few of these woman gave to reporters, so false and deceptive. Crying without tears, If someone would have taken my kids when they were that young I would be spitting nails, crying, screaming and pulling my hair out. Not trying to cry fake tears, smile, and at the same time talk about living in paradise.
Yes, I do think the girl confessed to someone and she is long gone. Set out in the wilderness or some such "Biblical" punishment.
If even one underage girl is found to have a child, I think the whole bunch needs to go to the pen.
We think we have seen and heard of sex scandals before, I think the whole nation will get a education on depravity and wickedness before this mess is over.

Sorry to be so emotional, but this type of abuse gets my dander up really quick.

herring,
Sorry, but I feel as if the removal of the children was the only possible way to put an immediate stop to further sexual abuse of underage girls. It also put a stop to some of the brainwashing of the younger boys and girls. This situation will not have a happy ending. It was ignored, over-looked, kept secret and silent too long.

these mothers have lived like this for their entire lives, they talk like stepford wives, low determined voices, same answer from each of them, they are as much a victim as the children

there was a report that there were 5 pregnant girls below 16 y/o

Re: Mess in Texas-polygamy issues.

I knew a woman who went to nursing school in SW Utah, and many women from the Arizona town went to school with her. This sect has been carrying on for some time, I'm not surprised it finally came to this. The women are subjugated, the young men are driven from the town, and the young women are taken as wives by the older, dominant men within the community. It's a very bizarre cult. Hopefully there will be resolution for these children and help for their mothers.

These women must be SO brainwashed, has anyone seen the interviews with them? They all speak in a very soft almost childlike voice. The commentator asked the gues, a former member why do they speak that way, she said they were emulating Warrens Jeff's style of speech, thats how controlled they are.

Also very disturbing, this same woman said that her former husband actually did some sort of water boarding torture on her children as BABIES!He called it "breaking them". He would hold their face under running water until they were so exhausted they no longer screamed and became limp. This is mindboggling.

This article says the mothers were interfering with the questioning of the children.

It really really disgusts me to think that people pervert a relationship with God to mean something like what these people are carrying out.

Re: Mess in Texas-polygamy issues.

The women of this group who attended the hearing today clapped when a psychologist stated removal of these children from this community and placing these children into "modern child protective services" would cause untold emotional problems for the children. Made me sick.

Did you hear the remark about the bed. It was not used for sex after a celestial mrriage but for naps during long meetings in the temple. So why was there evidence of sexual activity found there? Oh, I know, sex in the temple improves the chance of begetting the next prophet. Yeah, right.

I hope for once that old fashioned Texas justice takes hold of this judge and most of these lawyers and this bunch of perverts go to prison for life. I could say more but God would heap coals of fire on my head if I elaborate further.
