Hillary Clinton

I'm in nursing school and yesterday my instructor said that Hillary Clinton has been quoted as saying "I can take anybody off the street and turn them into a nurse."

I've looked online and searched on Google and can't find this quote anywhere. I'm wondering if anybody else knows about this and if it's actually true???

Thanks!

Re: Hillary Clinton

I do not know if she said it but, if she did I am sure it would have been all over the news. When I see the clip of her acually saying it then I will beleive it. She is seeking the presidency and I do not really think she would risk offending any group of voters.

Re: Hillary Clinton

I was given the impression that this comment was made a couple of years ago, not recently. My instructor told the entire class about the "quote", but I still can't find it to verify it.

Re: Hillary Clinton

Maybe your instructor doesn't want you to vote for her...which sounds like a good thing, lol!

Re: Hillary Clinton

If she did say it...or said anything even remotely close to that...you can bet 100% it'll re-surface when she does run for President.

Re: Hillary Clinton

I also heard her say that nurses are paid too much already for what they do. I like her but find this hard to swallow, esp given the fact that her DH's Mom was a nurse.

Re: Hillary Clinton

She is not alone (if this is true, I can't find for sure) in saying such things. I would listen to what all politicians say,----but you would not vote for any of them. They all seem to say stupid things like this.

Re: Hillary Clinton

I know she will try to bring back her "health-care initiative"
