Having lived/worked in these very barracks, its surprising how rapidly they went down hill. Just for clarification, the unit they are referring to returned from Afghanistan earlier this month (April 08).
There is something very wrong when we pay no bid contractors all that money , while our military have to live in such filth and neglect.My daughter told me there were lines and lines of nice big brand new SUVs just sittiing unused for contractors use at one place she was stationed, I wont say where, while her roof was falling down over her head, again full of mold in the military housing on base, its a damn shame.
