news report states that some enterprising people in mexico are charging american tourists to drop them off in the desert and try and make their way back to the usa like an illegal immigrants trying to get into the country

intentions that were stated was that this was to cause the border guards to waste time chasing legal americans and to inspire empathy in the plight of the illegals

i suspect that the money they are paid is only motivation and the idiots running around in the desert deserve to step on a diamond back rattler
they can't all be on a plane
