Twin cities agencies with insurance

Relocating to Western WI and looks like working agency would be best at first. Does anyone know of a reputable agency where I can get a good amount of work in the twin cities/ western WI area that offers health insurance? Also, is there a lot of work for per diem nurses? I work ICU but can float just about anywhere. Thanks!
