Hi all

I work in a small rural hospital who has had to use agency nurses for the last year or so. I know you guys are underappreciated and sometimes abused. I just want to say thanks to you. We may have been very close to closing without our agency nurses. Yes, some of them were terrible. You kinda think... no wonder they work agency, they can't possibly keep a job anywhere else. But most have been wonderful. I also want to say that I personally thank them myself. Much of the other staff had hard feelings when they came on board, due to the cost especially. But I realized we were absolutely screwed without them. So.. for all you good ones out there, THANKS and keep up the good work.

They saved our butts when I worked in the hospital and home health. We always give them the easy schedule and they always got their breaks. We wanted them to come back.
