reference letter for agency nurse to apply to graduate school

I work as an agency nurse now and want to apply for graduate school. It needs a professional reference letter, Can I ask the RN recuiter in my agency to do the reference or I need find a charge nurse in hospitals I am working for to do the reference? My problem is that I am not good at networking and don't know whom to ask.

Re: reference letter for agency nurse to apply to graduate school

I would ask your agency recruiter as well as one of the charge nurses you have worked with. If you only need one letter, it might be better to have one of the charge nurses who has observed you on the job do the letter. Try to get one who has the highest education level possible. Good luck.

The manager of the unit that you are routinely assigned to would be the best. The recruiter has nothing to do with your daily skills when you are at work, nor do they ever observe you at work.
