Hi , I Am Per Diem And Sitting Home Again After Being Put ' On Call ' For 12 Hours ! Can't Make Money This Way. Any Suggestions?

Sign up with another agency, but this week is usually quite slow in many facilities due to the holidays. I am even at a county hospital and we went down to only 4 patients in our ICU yesterday, same thing happend over Thanksgiving.

As Suzanne4 said, sign up with more than one agency. Also having a relief job at one of the local facilities isn't a bad idea either. It doesn't hurt to have a back-up plan!
