NRP classes

I am a traveler. At my current assignment, I am required to take an NRP class. I am having trouble finding one. I am currently in the pismo beach, CA area. Does anyone know of an online NRP course? Or anywhere to look for local classes? I have done alot of searching, but can't find much.
