Not-for-profit registry

I was told about a not-for-profit registry in my area. They supposedly have a very impressive client list and I am definitely interested as they take Medicaid providers and allow us to use our own numbers and do our own billing. This is a big plus as getting a Medicaid case here on your own is difficult. Does anyone have any experience with not-for-profit registries?
