Thumbs up new agency nurse

I have just left my long term care facility position for an agency home care position. I haven't begun yet, waiting for paperwork to go through, but anxiously waiting to begin. I am a new nurse, about 2 years, and have been unhappy with the state of the long term care facilities, with staffing shortages, and uncooperative and disrespecting cnas, I felt it in my best interest to leave. Someone tell me what will an average day be like, since I am conditioned so far to caring for 30 residents, compared to one or two. thanks..

Depends on where you plan on taking shifts at. One or two pts?? Are you going to be doing Critcal care or private duty??
