Never worked a different shift BUT agency offers

3-11 shifts. I do want to try other shifts but how do you handle a shift you have never done? I'm worried I'll make a fool of myself since I don't know the usual "routine" of a 3-11 shift. I'm an LPN in LTC and have only done 11-7. Not much interaction with family, other workers or doctors on my 11-7 shift :-/ Advice?
