If you do this by going to the same facilities your agency sent you to within 1 year of leaving your agency you may have big legal issues. Also, it's just good, ethical business to avoid using the contacts your agency made and spent time and money to gain for your own personal gain. In other words, you should only go to places they never sent you to for a minimum of a year.
We work in a field that requires the highest level of integrity and ethics yet many people don't see anything wrong with stealing business from an existing company that gave THEM the opportunity. Don't get sucked into that kind of stinkin' thinkin'. Take the honest route. You'll get more goodwill from it, and in the end, you'll have a better chance at succeeding.
