Hi,
Was just wondering if anyone has any info/experience in home care and traveling; I want to do both. I currently work in an ICU but have decided it is not for me. My manager has graciously arranged for me to shadow nurses in three different areas this week; surgery, GI lab, and home care. I am already leaning towards home care since that is what I did for my last clinical and I liked it a lot but I also want to travel. I just don't remember seeing or hearing anything about traveling home care nurses. I am afraid that if I do decide to start working as a visiting nurse then my chances of traveling will be reduced. Any thoughts?
