Does anyone know of a nurse who has worked for Maxim Nursing Registry in Northern California who has not been paid overtime wages? The nurses in southern California have been found to start a class action but we need 3 nurses in northern California in order to get class certification. Please contact me if you know of someone. I know this agency has over 200 + offices around the nation, I interviewed for a DON position for this company not too long ago. They do have a website www.maxhealth.com
Needless to say, I did not accept the job.
