Re: bayada nursing agency

HI i have worked for bayada for several years as agency nurse its a very good company. But you have to be comfortable taking care of peds and adults vent and trach pts. They do give u very efficient classes for it and would not put u on a case if u are not comfortable with it. U feel find more peds cases than adult cases, so if u want to make money take there pediatric, trach, vent courses. Some families are hard to deal with and some are really nice, as usual u will find all different kinds of families, but if u don;t like a case u can refuse it. so try it you might just like it. For me it got really boring taking care of one person so now i work in a hospital as cardiac nurse. pay mostly depends on the insurance family carries but for LPN anywhere from 25-26 and RN 31-34 AS I SAID DEPENDING ON CASE AND INSURANCE. Hope this helps.
