ATC - Insurance?

I am checking into ATC and they are sending me some info in the mail. Does anyone know how their health insurance is and how long you must work there before it kicks in?

I'm very interested in going full time agency IF I can find some decent family health insurance.

I guess my other option is to work part time for a facility for the insurance then the rest agency.

Any other big agencies that offer insurance? I checked into Nursefinders and they offer it after 90 days I believe - but they only supplement the employee's insurance - you have to pay the full price for the family part.

Re: ATC - Insurance?

Many of the Agency nurses I work with say that it was cheaper for them to buy an individual policy through Blue Cross with a PPO or HMO.
