Agency RNs and the Military

Hello and thank you in advance,

Does anyone know if the military uses agency nurses to staff their facilities? I know many companies (like KBR) provide medics to help the military meet it’s needs, but about RN’s in their medical facilities?

Re: Agency RNs and the Military

Most of the military's medical centers have various agency contracts. Best bet will be to contact the dept. of nursing at the hospital where you'd like to work and ask which agency they are using. Good luck.
