Does anyone know what agencies offer in Michigan?
Lpn, Rn, Specialty area's?

Which part of Michigan and which specialties? There is a wide range for nurses in the Detroit area, any where from about $30 up to low $40s. It dependson what you can do and where you go to. Ratesa bove are for RNs.

Rates vary greatly depending on the area of the state.
Since you are asking for all of the rates, are you trying to set up an agency?
