Question Agency nursing

Looking for the + & -'s of agency nursing. Will be locating in the Philadelphia area and could use the name of some good agencies to start my adventure. Thanks

The plus is : great hourly pay, flexibility, choice of assignments. The minus is: cancellations, no work = no pay., floating to different units if you don't like this you won't like agency, you must be very flexible.

make sure you sign up with two

If you get cancelled, you can call the second one and see if they have any last minute slots to fill
