Agency: LTC setting vs Hospital Setting

Hello,

All of my career experience in nursing is in LTC. How does hospital agency compare? If offered a hospital shift do you think someone with no hospital experience could jump right in? So far I have had my choice of LTC facilities and that is working out ok but I do have interest in becoming acquainted with new areas. I want a different experience, this is why I started agency in the first place.

What are your thoughts,
