Can I check do most of the TEN patients nurse in the burns unit? Which specialty is managing the patient - The burn surgeon, the internal medicine or the dermatologist??

This is my first posting.
I work in a regional burn center in the US. We take pts. with TEN. They are of course admitted to the burn surgeon. Critical care is also closely involved due to the obvious issues of resp/hemodynamics/sepsis, etc.
