I just want to say thank you to all of you who work in the BICU! I truly do not know how you do it. I was burned with a laser durning a hair removal session and suffered 2nd degree burns on my face. The burn unit @ our large county hospital has been wounderful to me. They were so kind and understanding. They even had a make up specialst see me. The unit is large and treat pt from infant to adults. It is so clean and there is no weird smell. I work in NICU and I know how tought ICU's can be. How you can handle little kids burned is a wounder. ALL the nurses and NP were soooo kind to me. God bless all Burn ICU nurses and a special blessing to those who work @ my county Med Center
