1. We have >300 < 400 i/m on #1 med line
2. We crush all psychotropic meds with a MD order. We cannot be totally certain that the i/m take their meds, we dispense the rest is up to security
3. Are you talking staff or i/m"s? we do not destroy meds by flushing them down the toilet. We send the meds back to the pharmacy and or destroy the when a pharmacist is present.
4. We fax meds to our pharmacy several times throuout the day. We have a contract pharmacy
