Does anyone know of any great workshops or inservices specialized to prison nursing????????????

There is an excellent inservice given by Laura Van Auker, CFNP. Physical Assessment Skills for Correctional Nurses. They have courses around California and probably Nevada.
Contact 530-878-8275 for the latest classes.
15 CEUs are given for the class.
I found the class quite helpful.

Thankyou, I will look into it. I am in Michigan and doubt they will fund a trip there, but maybe could make a vacation out of it
