Death

I've got 3 little girls from my second marriage and a son from my first. My son lives with his father. His father has pled guilty to sexually abusing two of my son's g/fs. One child was five. The other was nine. Each time he recieved probation. He has also been accused of raping his sister when she was 15. (He and I married when he was 22 and I was 15).

After pleading to the first charge and being placed on the sexual registry, he was still allowed to coach co-ed little league softball. Gotta love small town politics and the good ol boy philosophy....

Personally if someone ever touches one of my children, there will be no police involvement, no trial, nothing....they will meet God quickly..and never be afforded a chance to hurt another.

Thanks for your great posts. I am wondering exactly how many children have to be molested and raped before an inmate gets a long jail sentence for it?

I agree Lori, they should be put in general population. I am not the judge and jury and as a nurse I will treat them like any other patient. That doesn't mean that I wouldn't be very happy if their housing was more appropriate to the crime. Why all the protection?

It's sooooooooo tempting to solve this problem with a baseball bat! Very open minded with all sorts of sexual fetishes but not this one. NOBODY has the RIGHT to have any sexual contact of any kind with a child. Sorry but I believe in a life term sentencing (and I mean for life not 20 years).

I'm sorry I just have to ask. Does you son still live with this monster? I'd get him out of there ASAP. Although it seems that your ex only abuses females, he is this boy's father and will teach him his values and how to treat women. Who knows exactly what creates a sexual predator, but growing up with one doesn't help.

Now What could be more important than discussing opinions about child molesters? I know the "bleeding heart liberals"always give their opinions. I think it's great to hear the opinions of "normal people" too :hatparty:
