correctional facility job interview

Hi there, I have a job interview in a 500 bed correctional facility in Montana, next week. Could all you correctional nurses give me some tips as to what to expect during the interview. I have been a nurse for almost 15 years. I have worked in a Level 1 trauma ER to a rural 16 bed hospital, where you handle anything that walks through those doors at night, from a hot M.I. to a woman delivering a baby. What sort of questions should I ask? Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

I'd say play up your assessment skills, which should be excellent with your experience. Worked 3 years in a 500 bed max, and thorough and accurate assessment is a must. You also need to be emotionally very stable.
