contract questions

I am an LVN. I was off work for several years due to injuries incurred in an auto accident, went back to work in 2005 at the county jail in Redding and really felt good with it. Then after about 6 months I had another back surgery asnd had to leave-finally I have a doctors release to go to work. While I was off this last year and 1/2 I moved here to Carmichael and I like it here.
After posting my resume I was contacted by several agencies and am very interested in one but I'm not sure.

Has anyone experienced working for
SOLVERE?

When she sent the contract I was surprised to find that although the job pays $32.50 (no benefits) the contract not only doesn't say that it also states that I will do orientation for $15.00 per hour. Is this normal?

The other concern I have about the offer is that it states that I am to sign only with the one registry. If I have this job I won't need another because it is full time with plenty of overtime but for my own sense of security I have always had more than one registry. This is not a real problem but it irks a little. I'm sure she will back off on this one.

I'm more concerned with the orientation of less than half wages then anything. Not only does it state this but it states"If there is orientation but does not give an number of days or hours. This is a position at the prison close to my house and I have interviewed twice to do the same thing for the state and been told to keep on trying, so if I go there and they want me I can hire to the state after I work a certain number of hours.

It is so great having this forum to get some information -and opinions

Re: contract questions

Boy do I feel dumb- I re-read and found that the other half of pay while orienting gets paid after working 80 regular hours
