cal corrections traveling?

Looking to travel to cal prisons, Does any know of any companies that have contracts for the prisons in the Sac area, susanville area, Or herlong prison. I know Herlong is a fed prison, but does cal law apply there too like with the OT after 8hrs. Any info appreciated, Pay, contract set up, Registries, etc. Very interested.
