Our hospital is approaching JACHO inspection, the present issues that are being discussed are
Pain Assesment, related to non-nursing personell (eg. pt having a CXR and reports that the L side really hurts), how it is being documented, tracked, and evaluated
Medication use - doucumentation related to contrast adminstration
Handwashing standard, and doucmentation
Site Identification, Pt identification
Verbal Orders
Has anyone just completed a JACHO inspection or have any Polices in regard to these issues? any assistance would be helpful
